Cure-Aide is a connected healthcare management platform developed by Blue Horizon Automation Pvt Ltd. It connects 7 key user roles: Patients, Clinics, Doctors, Health Buddies, Intern Doctors, Approval Panels, and Super Admins into one streamlined digital ecosystem.

Cure-Aide uses a structured queue algorithm: 2 Pre-Booked Patients followed by 1 Walk-In Patient (e.g., Token 1: Booked, Token 2: Booked, Token 3: Walk-In, Token 4: Booked, Token 5: Booked, Token 6: Walk-In). It also handles Present/Absent statuses, vacant tokens, and smoothly re-adds absent patients.

During consultation, doctors can view longitudinal patient history and record: Diagnosis, Prescribed Medicines, Recommended Tests, Therapy/Exercise advice, Diet changes, Hospital Admission advice, Clinical Notes, and Consultation Fees to generate an instant digital prescription.

If a doctor determines a patient needs specialized treatment, they can refer the patient directly to Doctor B. The receiving specialist receives the patient's full previous history, past prescriptions, and diagnostic reports, ensuring complete continuity of care.

Patients submit daily health questionnaires (e.g., fever, chest pain, sleep issues) and optional vitals (BP, SpO2, blood sugar, weight). An Intern Doctor reviews these submissions, categorizes risk (No Immediate Danger, Needs Attention, Urgent/Danger), and attaches medical remarks. Note: Cure-Aide supports healthcare monitoring and professional triage; it is not an autonomous AI diagnostic tool.

Before becoming available for booking, caregivers must register, complete professional profiles, and submit identity documents. A dedicated Approval Panel audits and verifies these documents. Once approved, patients can book them for hourly home care or clinic accompaniment with transparent pricing.

Guest Doctor mode allows temporary visiting doctors to conduct consultations and issue prescriptions using instant Patient ID searches without permanent master setup. Excel Bulk Test Upload enables clinics to import large diagnostic laboratory test catalogs in seconds.
