When patients register or clinics onboard a patient via the Patient Master:
- Demographics: Full Name, Gender, Age, City, Residential Address (for home care & dispatch), and unique Patient ID.
- Authentication: 10-Digit Mobile Number and single-use 6-digit SMS OTP verification logs.
- Appointments & Queue Tokens: Selected clinic, doctor, appointment date, scheduled time slot, and assigned token sequence numbers.
- Medical & Diagnostic Files: Uploaded lab reports, radiological images (JPG, PNG), scanned documents, and PDF diagnostic results.
- Daily Health Vitals: Submitted daily symptom assessments (fever, chest pain, digestive symptoms, sleep disturbances) and health vitals (Blood Pressure, SpO2, Blood Sugar, Weight).
B. Clinic, Attending Doctor & Guest Doctor Information
- Doctor Master Data: Doctor Name, Medical Specialty, Contact Number, 24-Hour Duty Timetable, and custom slot duration per patient.
- Clinical Documentation: Diagnoses, prescribed medications (Medicine Master), diagnostic test recommendations (Test Master), therapy/exercise advice, dietary guidance, hospital admission notes, and digital prescriptions.
- Referral Records: Cross-doctor patient referral logs and shared treatment histories between Doctor A and Doctor B.
- Clinic Operations & Billing: Department hierarchies, test catalog tariffs, receipts, patient payments, advance amounts, balance records, and Trust sponsorship concessions.
C. Health Buddy Caregivers & Verification Data
- Caregiver Credentials: Professional background, caregiver experience, identity documents, and regulatory certifications submitted for verification.
- Approval Panel Audit Logs: Verification reviews, approval/rejection timestamps, and verification remarks.
- Service Dispatch & Location: Working hours, service fees (e.g. ₹1000/hr), live Free/Busy availability, booking accept/reject statuses, care notes, and destination service addresses.
How We Use Information & Platform Workflows
We process personal and medical data strictly to deliver clinical and healthcare support services:
- Smart Token Queue Execution: Managing pre-booked appointments and walk-ins under the structured 2 Booked + 1 Walk-In queue sequence, maintaining real-time doctor waiting lines.
- Clinical Consultations & Prescriptions: Displaying longitudinal medical history, previous consultations, and prior medications to attending doctors and guest specialists.
- Intern Doctor Health Triage: Enabling qualified Intern Doctors to review patient-submitted health questions and vitals, categorizing health status (No Immediate Danger, Needs Attention, Urgent / Danger), and adding clinical remarks.
- Caregiver Booking & Verification: Processing Health Buddy bookings, calculating hourly durations, dispatching caregivers to patient addresses, and auditing verification documents via the Approval Panel.
- Role-Based System Notifications: Alerting users regarding appointment confirmations, token assignments, Health Buddy accept/reject responses, report uploads, and doctor referrals.
Zero-Sale & Strict Confidentiality Guarantee
Information is shared strictly on a confidential need-to-know basis:
- Treating Doctors & Clinics: Only attending physicians, guest consultants, and clinic administrators directly responsible for patient care have access to medical files.
- Referred Doctors: When Doctor A initiates a formal referral to Doctor B, relevant past history is shared to preserve continuity of care.
- Booked Health Buddies: Only essential details (patient name, required date, time, duration, and service address) are shared to fulfill the requested caregiving service.

- Profile Corrections: Update contact details, age, city, and residential address through your registered clinic.
- Account Deletion: Request account deactivation subject to mandatory statutory medical record retention timelines.
